Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Every piece of our Collection is handmade to order. Shipping on most online orders will be within 5-7 business days. If a component is out of stock, it can take up to 2-4 weeks.

RETURN POLICY:

Requests for exchange or return must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returns must  be in original condition, unworn or altered in any way. No refund will be given if these conditions are not met.

              *If you have a piece that was marked FINAL SALE or made for you as a CUSTOM REQUEST(any product not listed on our website) it can not be returned. 
              *Only pieces in their original condition can be returned.
              *For all other approved returns, the shipping fees & package protection costs associated with your original order & all shipping return costs are non-refundable.
              *Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
