Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If not, please see below regarding our policy.

Returns are valid only within 14 days of your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this time period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Send an email to help@chikahisastudio.com with your order number and item(s) being returned. We will then send you further instructions on how to return the item(s).

We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, only if your item(s) are rejected will we immediately notify you. 
If approved, then your refund will be processed (less nonrefundable shipping, package protection. and return label cost) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. You will receive an email notification your refund is being processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@chikahisastudio.com.

Exchanges 

We can arrange an exchange on approved items. Exchanges are free. Send us an email at info@chikahisastudio.com and we will start the process for you.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, contact us at help@chikahisastudio.com and we will start the process for you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the original purchaser can contact us at help@chikahisastudio.com and we can start the process for them.
